  • Use a Travel Pillow: Sleep on the opposite side to avoid putting pressure on the piercing.

  • Protect from Impact: Be cautious with clothing and hair, preventing them from snagging or tugging on the piercing.

  • Avoid Swimming: Refrain from swimming until the piercing is fully healed to prevent infections.
